Hey!It is chapter 3 of Blackout so her are some cheats
for chapter 3.Anyway if you read the message you can find out that Rookie is captured too.
Here are the cheats:
1.EQUIP the Shirt
2.Click "Go there" button
3.Click on the door with the laser
4. acsess the security terminal
5.Move the blocks.
